These Terms and Conditions, along with privacy policy or other terms (“Terms”) constitute a binding agreement by and between SPVAIG AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED, ( “Website Owner” or “we” or “us” or “our”) and you (“you” or “your”) and relate to your use of our website, goods (as applicable) or services (as applicable) (collectively, “Services”). By using our website and availing the Services, you agree that you have read and accepted these Terms (including the Privacy Policy). We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time and without assigning any reason. It is your responsibility to periodically review these Terms to stay informed of updates

  • To access and use the Services, you agree to provide true, accurate and complete information to us during and after registration, and you shall be responsible for all acts done through the use of your registered account.

  • You understand that upon initiating a transaction for availing of the Services you are entering into a legally binding and enforceable contract with us for the Services.
  • You shall be entitled to claim a refund of the payment made by you in case we are not able to provide the Service. The timelines for such returns and refunds will be according to the specific Service you have availed or within the time period provided in our policies (as applicable). In case
  • If you do not raise a refund claim within the stipulated time, then this would make you ineligible for a refund.
  • Notwithstanding anything contained in these Terms, the parties shall not be liable for any failure to perform an obligation under these Terms if performance is prevented or delayed by a force majeure event.
  • These Terms and any dispute or claim relating to it, or its enforceability, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
  • All disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in KOIRAJPUR, Uttar Pradesh

Spvaig Automobiles- T&C - Distributorship & Dealership

  • Type of Distributorship & Dealership
  • Minimum Area Requirement
    • The applicant must have a commercial space of at least 800 to 2500 square feet.
    The location must be accessible, visible and in a commercially viable area approved by Spvaig Automobiles.
  • Minimum Investment Requirement
    • Distributorship: Minimum investment required is ₹50 Lakh to ₹60 Lakh.
    Dealership: Minimum investment required is ₹15L to ₹25L.
    The investment includes Branding, Stock, Equipment, Service Engineer, Marketing Manager.
  • Token / Commitment Amount
    • 20% token amount of the selected distributorship / dealership type needs to be paid before signing the contract.
    This indicative amount is part of the total investment.
  • Non-Refundable Policy
    • Token/Commitment amount will not be refunded under any circumstances.
    If applicant withdraws or cancels token after payment, Spvaig Automobiles will not be liable for refund.
  • Agreement Signing
    • After the token amount is paid, an official agreement will be signed.
    The remaining amount must be paid as per the agreed timeline mentioned in the dealership agreement.
  • Territorial rights
    • The company may grant territory-wise exclusivity based on performance and mutual agreement.
    No other Spvaig Automobiles distributorship/dealership will be permitted in the specified territory.
  • Branding and Setup
    • Dealerships must adhere to Spvaig Automobiles' branding guidelines for showroom design, branding materials and customer experience.
    All branding materials will be provided or approved by Spvaig Automobiles Corporate Office.
  • Legal Jurisdiction
    • Any dispute relating to or arising out of the Distributorship/Dealership Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the registered office of Spvaig Automobiles Private Limited.

Shipping & Delivery Policy

For International Buyers, Orders are Shipped and Delivered through Registered International Courier companies and/or International speed post only. For domestic buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10+ Days days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment is subject to Courier Company/post office norms.
SPVAIG AUTOMOBILES PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier company or postal authorities within 10+ days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation. Delivery of all orders will be to the address provided by the buyer.
